definition, health and wellness are used interchangeably but they have distinct
meanings. Health concerns the absence of disease and the proper functioning of
the body. It is a state of physical well-being. Wellness, on the other hand, is
a holistic approach that includes mental, physical, and social well-being. It
is about living a fulfilling life and making choices that promote a balanced
existence of the person(s).
SOCIAL
HEALTH: It relates to our interactions with others and our

stress, emotional support and increasing overall life satisfaction. Maintaining
